pressure Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 hello all, i`m new member & i really need autocad drawings & homeworks for me to do please Thnaks for your co-operation Quote
chelsea1307 Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 are you looking for someone to do your homework or for some practice material for you to work on? This site is for people to help people, no one is going to give you complete assignments, and even if someone wanted to help YOU learn how to complete YOUR homework you didnt give what the assignment is and what YOU have done and where YOU are stuck Quote
pressure Posted October 7, 2009 Author Posted October 7, 2009 I was very good in Autocad but i didn`t use it for long time so i want any assignments & drawings that i can practise myself on Quote
chelsea1307 Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 ok, that reasoning works better, your original post looked like you were a student looking for someone to do your homework for you. Check out the tutorials here.. click on the button in the upper right hand side that says tutorials, they go from beginning on and usually have examples for you to follow along with Quote
ReMark Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 pressure: Please take a look at the tutorials you'll find here at CADTutor then make use of the Search feature above to search on the word "tutorials". You will find this topic has come up many times in the past. One of the best sources for practice drawings is books. If you tell us what you are interested in we can be more specific with our recommendations. Did you also know that tutorials are available at the AutoDesk website as well as at other AutoCAD-related websites? Check out the Links option at the top of the page as well. Quote
ReMark Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 I posted some suggestions where you first made this request. Go back there and read them. What types of drawings (architectural, mechanical, other)? Quote
ReMark Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 Additional tutorials can be found here: http://www.we-r-here.com/cad/tutorials/index.htm Quote
ReMark Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 Read this too then follow the link provided within: http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?t=40770 Quote
Safwah Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 I hope the guy learnt something from this. I understand where ReMark was coming from but looking at the drawing i can tell its one of this trick drawings they give you to test how much you have learnt and can apply. Its a beginner task but the method of drawing it requires knowledge on advanced use of commands. Id like to see how the OP went with this. Quote

Those test ones are so fun, some look easy until you look closer, here's a couple I had to do recently (aced btw). The exercise 13, look at the bottom right drawing. The instructor loooooves offsets. exercise-12-Jim-Milne.dwg test1-Jim-Milne.dwg Quote
Tiger Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 Pressure - please do not tack your new question onto an existing thread, start a new thread with each new question. Also, don't post your questions multiple times, your question will get noticed anyway. Quote
Tankman Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 Asking someone to do your homework hints "lack of interest." The forum is the place to ask for help however, not the bulletin board to post, "Please, someone do my homework." Practice makes perfect, keep working on your homework or, backup and repeat your last lesson. Quote
