well not convert, lisp has been use for this...

do a google search for SPL2PL.lsp its a free download lisp program, it has options when the lisp runs so keep an eye out on the command line.

Also 'dxfout' to release 12 converts splines to polylines.

In the future trying drawing a SPLINE but using pline.

Draw the point as a spline would but then use pedit then 'fit'. 8)

Try the express tool's Flatten command on the spline.
