Hi,
Can sombody PLEASE help me with this little problem with ACAD 2006:

When I try to access a file in any place under "My Computer" the result is "nothing happens". The icons are there but they don't work. Whe I click on them, the arrow disappears and nothing is displayed.
Strangely, the icons of the CD drives work so eventually I can see what is in a CD in the drive.
I tried repairing the registry first, then repairing errors in the installation and finally reinstalling but still nothing happens.
If sombody can drop a note with the solution or point to a link with ideas I will appreciate.

Thanks a lot Bloodwig80!
I'm going to try that right away.
I'll let you know if it works.

I applied the service pack and didn't work.
Instead ACAD didn't want to start again.
To make things worse the service pack says in the "add or remove programs" that can NOT be removed.
So I applied a "system restore" and the service pack disappeared.
Then I removed ACAD to make a fresh installation.
Finally, after I reinstal ACAD, I've got it working but the explorer feature of DC at folder list tab not working yet.
*!
I had and idea later and works.
I mapped the folders and drivers I'm interested to browse and open thru DesignCenter then I open my Network Places and yep! they are there. Now I can see & open them thru My Network Places!

Thank you very much anyway,
Maybe I'll get this thing working properly as it's supposed to after I decide or need to reinstal Windows.
