Guest steveo
I am building an application in C++ that will also have openGL inbedded into it to display a F-16's plane movement. I have been looking everywhere for a tutorial that can help me design a airplane or jet. I have been unsucessful so far. Is there any such a site or is there a site that has 3Ds Max designs that I can edit to make it look like a f-16. I hope I'm ot stepping out of line whith these questions, but I need some quidence. thanks, sj
Guest robfowler
Don't know if this will help you much but there is a 3D model of an F-18 aircraft at http://3dmodelsharing.com I think the model is fairly good and might help you get started. To help you navigate more quickly to the file click on the Free Files button, then select AutoCAD format from the drop down list and click on the letter F to open all files starting with that letter. ReMark
I think that we have just witnessed a classic example of a "delayed reaction". Better late than never?

I don't think so.... It was a late night for us too and we were bored. Then you dug up this thread from 7 years ago and we just had to take advantage of the opportunity that was afforded. No offense was meant. I'm sure your fighter tutorial will be a great hit. Thank you for sharing.
