Very much general, but what might be some great plugins to get and/or experiment with in terms of AutoCAD 2005 plugins or "sister" programs. Thankyou for any assistance.

M-color is a nice program, if you want colored plans or elevations.

It is but with gradient fills and super-hatch you can just about do the same thing now a days. I played with M-Color a few releases ago so it might work even better these days but still you can do just about the same thing with vanillia AutoCAD and the Express Tools.
