where do I find symbols for emergency lighting

There is no real "free" tutorials. If you know what you are looking for, then Autodesk's form is pretty good; but when it comes to Electrical Autodesk still keeps it on a very tight leash.

As for symbols, schematic symbols will have to be done on your own; but you might be able to find panel symbols at various vendor websites.
