How do I save/backup my tool bars, workspaces...etc specifically in AutoCAD 2010 and 2007 and ADT 2006?

 

Sorry for the redundancy, I have asked this question before but after doing a search couldn't find it. I really need to get this done because I am building a new machine and upgrading hardrives.
