HockeyCJ Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 I just got a newer version of autocad lt, 2009 from 2004. I used to be able to select objects then select what I want to do to them for example, erase and they would be deleted or change them to a different layer. Instead it deselects the objects and I have to select them again and it's highly annoying and I can't seem to find the right place to change it. Any help? Quote
rkent Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 Type PICKFIRST at the command line, set to 1. Quote
JCastle Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 Dont know if this will help, PICKADD = 0 that will allow you to shift+click select multiple objects. PICKADD = 1 allows one object at a time to be selected. Quote
HockeyCJ Posted November 17, 2009 Author Posted November 17, 2009 The pickfirst fixed the problem, but then my right mouse button isn't enter any longer instead it just brings up a menu which I rarely need. Anyway to get both? Quote
HockeyCJ Posted November 17, 2009 Author Posted November 17, 2009 After a little more messing around, I got both to work, thanks for the help. Quote
