helsinki98 Posted December 11, 2009 Posted December 11, 2009 Hello there! I am having an issue with being able to fit my drawing onto my screen, i am trying to draw a 1:10 slope as a base to a west elevation drawing but i can't fit this on my screen, my brief for my project is to draw everything up in 1:1 but i can print off in one of the traditional scales 1:10, 1:20, 1:200 etc Sorry if this is a very simple question but i had a look at your FAQ in this section and couldn't see a solution to my problem, i saw the press crtl + 1 and change linetype scale but i thought that this would change the scale from 1:1 which is required. Cheers, Helsinki Quote

Tiger Posted December 11, 2009 Posted December 11, 2009 Thanks for the speedy reply, but how does one change their limits? i think i have done the zoom thing as i have zoomed out as far as i can Zooming out with the scroll on the mouse is not the same as executing the command ZOOM then hitting E for Extents. Limits are changed by typing LIMITS and then setting new limits. (bottom left corner and top right corner) Quote

Tankman Posted December 11, 2009 Posted December 11, 2009 They even wrote a song for Tiger! Eye of the Tiger! "Risin' up, back on the street Did my time, took my chances Went the distance, now I'm back on my feet Just a man and his will to survive So many times, it happens too fast You change your passion for glory Don't lose your grip on the dreams of the past You must fight just to keep them alive" Quote
