Coleman Posted December 31, 2009 Posted December 31, 2009 I recently started a new job and I am looking to improve our companies capabilities with 3D models for our customers, but have never really done anything with it before.. We have Suite 11 (AutoCAD Mechanical 2007 and Inventor 2007). Unfortunately, they don't have the money to send me to training or school right now due to the economy affecting our business, but I would still like to learn it ASAP. I've ran through the tutorials already on the program, but for what I would be creating, there's not much help. Are there any books or programs I could buy that would give a pretty thorough training (If not as good as classroom training, the closest I can get)? Thanks! Quote
shift1313 Posted December 31, 2009 Posted December 31, 2009 Welcome aboard Coleman. What is it exactly that you would be creating? That might help point you in the right direction. Quote

Coleman Posted January 2, 2010 Author Posted January 2, 2010 I'll be doing models of non-metallic electrical enclosures, some aluminum, steel and phenolic paneling as well. Those are the main items. Quote
