AutoCad 2010 will NOT let me install!

I'm trying to install AUTOCAD 2010 on Windows Vista: Home Premium Service Pack 1, 64-Bit, w/ 4 GB RAM, 530 GB HD, and an Intel Du Core 2 2.8 GHz Processor. When I click to install it says, "OS Not supporte4d!" HELP PLZ

I guess we need to figure out why you are getting an "OS Not Supported" message.

Is the version of 2010 you have 64-bit as well?

You're running Vista SP1 or later?

Yes it's a 64 bit disc... And it's just service pack one...(and it's win vista 64 bit)
