coincident face_face

opening error reads coincident face_face_ints with different body vertices

autocad then does not respond. Should I begin drawing over?

If it is not too involved or a really large file then yes. When redrawing pay close attention to intersecting/unioning/subtracting solid bodies from one another, and properly matching up geometry.

If it is a large file and you have multiple solid bodies wblock each object to a new drawing and open each one to discover the offender(s), then redraw that object.

I've run into the problem sometimes in my own drawings but many times with downloaded files with unknown original source.

The file is very large and I cannot get into te drawing. I will try the design center to pull blocks out. thanks much

File>Drawing Utilities>Purge, Recover.... might be your first steps.

Thanks, Tried recover a number of times prior to opening and purged the file each time I left. It regens for awhile and then hits the error and stops responding. Tried escape to see if I could bypass error, but that does not work either.

Can you zip and attach the file here?
