GavinToTheO Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 I'm using AutoCad 2002. Halfway through my drawing the line thickness of any new line i put in changed. All layers are still set to the "default" setting, but when i plot the new lines that i add they show up very light on the paper and plot preview. What may have caused this problem and how can i fix it please help:o Quote
ReMark Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 If you are using polylines try taking a look at the setting for PLINEWID. The value should be set to 0.00. You doubled check the Layer Properties Manager setting for Lineweight? Quote
GavinToTheO Posted March 5, 2010 Author Posted March 5, 2010 Thanks For the Quick Reply! I'll try this when i get to work tomorrow Quote
GavinToTheO Posted March 5, 2010 Author Posted March 5, 2010 Although they are not plines though. Quote
ReMark Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 No polylines? And all "new" lines are appearing onscreen as "thicker"? Sounds like something is amiss in your Layer Properties Manager. The only other thing I can think of is Show/Hide Lineweight is enabled but that too is dependent upon lineweight being assigned in the LPM. No polylines? Are you positive? Quote
GavinToTheO Posted March 5, 2010 Author Posted March 5, 2010 i just saw what was wrong the line weight was 0.00mm. Can't Believe i Missed that Quote
ReMark Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 You're entirely welcomed. Been there...done that...learned from my mistake just as you have. No harm, no foul. Quote
