I'm using AutoCad 2002. Halfway through my drawing the line thickness of any new line i put in changed. All layers are still set to the "default" setting, but when i plot the new lines that i add they show up very light on the paper and plot preview. What may have caused this problem and how can i fix it please help:o

If you are using polylines try taking a look at the setting for PLINEWID. The value should be set to 0.00.

You doubled check the Layer Properties Manager setting for Lineweight?

No polylines? And all "new" lines are appearing onscreen as "thicker"? Sounds like something is amiss in your Layer Properties Manager. The only other thing I can think of is Show/Hide Lineweight is enabled but that too is dependent upon lineweight being assigned in the LPM.

No polylines? Are you positive?

Yep they are just regular lines.

You're entirely welcomed. Been there...done that...learned from my mistake just as you have. No harm, no foul.
