How I to add tag at door tool in ADT?

Hi.I want to add tag like this

http://asenkolev.hit.bg/Tag.jpg

with right reading

at door, window and ... tool.

"_AecDefineTag" doesn`t help.This command help only if my door is ortogonal on World UCS.
I looking for diferend way to do this!Maybe i have to change the macro on door tool but i dont now how!
In Archicad this tag is something regular but in ADT is very hard to do!
