Captain Obvious Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 fairly new to AutoCAD. I'm trying to set my precision to 0. However, I'm also trying to achieve 3/32" annotative text height. When I set these two things and then create text in the properties window it tells me that the paper text height equals 0. Can someone steer me in the right direction? Quote
lpseifert Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 It's kinda obvious (couldn't help it, it was too easy) You set the precision to 0, 0 will be displayed for entities under 0.5 units Set the precision to 1/32 and it will display as 3/32 Quote
Captain Obvious Posted March 17, 2010 Author Posted March 17, 2010 Does this mean that my text is actually 3/32" then? Quote
lpseifert Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 I just tested it after setting precision to 1/32... Paper text height in Properties displays 0. I can't explain why. I would guess that the plotted height should be 3/32". Quote
Tankman Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 Pittsburgh is the place to go for qualified assistance. Not too oblivious is it Captain? Curious, plotted height should be 3/32"? Quote
