matt bridle Posted March 18, 2010 Posted March 18, 2010 I am using AutoCad 2010 Lt and when I paste an image onto my drawing it has a box around it that I can't remove. Any help would be welcome? Quote
lpseifert Posted March 18, 2010 Posted March 18, 2010 Check Help for Imageframe (not sure about LT though) Quote
Coosbaylumber Posted March 19, 2010 Posted March 19, 2010 Are you in Modelspace or Paperspace when doing this pasting? Wm. Quote
matt bridle Posted March 19, 2010 Author Posted March 19, 2010 Either really but predimantly model space Quote
BWells Posted March 19, 2010 Posted March 19, 2010 lpseifert is right. The command imageframe should be what your looking for. Set the variable to "0"(but you'll have a had time moving the image after that) if you want to get rid of the box. Setting it to "2" (which i recommend) will make the box act like a non-printing layer while keeping the image visible. "1" is just the normal mode. Quote
matt bridle Posted April 19, 2010 Author Posted April 19, 2010 A slightly different topic now, I have a logo which I used to paste onto my Autocad drawing when I was using 2003 however I now have 2010 and when I paste the logo in it is locked as a picture and prints as a dark picture which is unrecongnisable. Does anyone know what format I need to insert/ paste/ import a pitcure in to my drawing. Quote
BWells Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 What is the file type of the Logo your inserting? I assume this Logo is being pasted into a border right? So it's safe to say that this situation is going on in Paper space? Quote
