Hi , i was checking the new features of AutoCAD 2010 and ia came to cross this sentence please can anyone tell what this means

"Easier to Author Dynamic Blocks"

Maybe the word "author" should have been "create"? The people that write this kind of stuff live in a different world than the rest of us.
