How would one move about the workspace without a scroll wheel?

Normally, I have a mouse with a scroll wheel, that I click to move about the workspace. I just kind of click it somewhere and drag the workspace around to my bidding. Well, I'm at work now, a few hours early, and I'd like to do some AutoCAD homework, but I don't have a way to move around the workspace to my knowledge. How would I accomplish this? I am using AutoCAD 2009 and sometimes 2006.

Rtpan command is one way
