Having Publish trouble...

I have went through this forum trying to resolve an issue I am having using Publish. I can not seem to find what I am looking for. Out of desperation I decided to post my problem and hope fellow readers can help.

In a particular drawing I open and go to "page setup manager" to setup by print layout. I save the layout by clicking "set current".

I then save the drawing and enter publish.

In publish I choose the page setup to what I named in the setup manager and added several other drawings to the publish list. I imported the original page setup to all the other drawings.

I then execute publish and the files plot. When I plot the drawings in PDFs all the layers plot. When I plot the drawings on paper something strange happens. The first page comes out fine. The following pages do not plot any of the xrefs I have on the drawings. The xrefs are on layer 0. Not sure if that matters?

Its probably some type of selection command that I changed over the course of using the program that I do not know how to reverse. Previously I used the same process to publish other drawings and it worked find.
