Try this site http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_description/0,fid,26462,00.asp
I have not yet tested this program but please let me know if this works or if you find a better solution. I have needed to do this for the 1st time today and i used a trial program from a GOOGLE search, the only downside is it won'y let you save it. :(

try downloading the pdf to cad converter from http://www.autodwg.com/
It works excellently and if you are clever enough you can get it to work without having to purchase it

If you want freebie tools to convert PDF to DWG, try GSview 4.7.
The other method would be to open PDF in Illustrator and save it as DWG.

Corel works well too.
Just a word of warning: various PDF writers work in different ways. A bitmap image will be transformed in a bitmap image. But a vector drawing can be incorporated in the pdf file in vector or in bitmap format. If the pdf contains a bitmap there is no way back; only a raster to vector conversion can help you any more.
