Hi, I'm trying to convert data from AutoCAD which is a DXF file to a SHAPE file, after the conversion using Arcview my Road & Street names disapear.
Please Help.

Are you loading a DXF file into AutoCAD Map, then exporting to SHP format? If so, check out the export options. You can export the following types :Point, Polygon, Line, and Text. You may need to create a separate SHP containing the text.
