DB Prompting in Tool Palettes

posting this for another cad user.

"We have branches in non english speaking countries. Short of creating DBs with description, prompting... in each language - with all the issues when having to edit said blocks - are you aware of a trick to minimise headaches? Thinking loud here: perhaps an external text file or whatever!"

He's talking about the text inside the DB not changing the language in acad.

If someone needs me to clarify:

"I have DBs with prompting and description in english in ToolPalette and when we send these blocks to say Italy, the prompting should be available in italian, if sent to Hungary in Madyar, etc... We would do the translation in-house, ToolPalette would possibly reading an external file."
