Etransmit unloading image files

A client who regularly etransmits us files is having an issue where suddenly all images loaded into the dwgs are arriving unloaded. This is impacting us time-wise by having to reload each image in each file individually. They're not sure of anything that's changed and I'm ok with charging the additional half-hour it takes me to process these but know that their accounts department will be giving me a call soon!

 

Any ideas?
