Inventor and Vault, clean working directory

Hi. Anyone here using Vault with Inventor?

Does anyone here experience a working directory populated with files? Is it possible to have a working directory that is "clean"? It seems that as soon as you open a file from Vault, any associated/related file is downloaded to your working directory whether or not the file is checked out or not, worked on or not. Checking back into Vault doesn't delete the working copy. And if you do delete the working copy, as soon as an assembly is opened up, you're back to square one with working copies everywhere and remain when the assembly is checked in.

Should I be worried about the numerous files that always exist in my working directory?
