zetnie Posted April 27, 2010 Posted April 27, 2010 I have a gear with 6 spokes in the middle around the hub. Each spoke is 1.12" wide at the hub, and tapers to .75" at the rim. Cam anyone tell me the correct way to make a revolved section of one of the spokes? Quote
shift1313 Posted April 27, 2010 Posted April 27, 2010 Do you have an image of what you are trying to do? It doesnt sound like a revolve function. Probably revovle the gear and subtract the area between spokes, then circular array that 6 times. Quote
gargoyle27 Posted April 27, 2010 Posted April 27, 2010 i think he is talking about displaying it on a idw to see the cross section of the spokes, i'm not sure how to do that tho, i can make stuff, but haven't gotten a full handle on idws Quote
