Cannot drag blocks from Design Center

One of the users in our office is unable to drag any of the blocks from the design center into any of her drawings. She also cannot insert the block by right-click>insert. It just disappears when she goes to the drawing. Any ideas on why this might be happening and what can be done to fix it? We use ADT 2007.
