posting images

How do you post images? Acad fiels too big. Only thing i can think of is create a pdf or something.

Here's what I do...

Hit ALT + Print Screen - this copies the open file window.

Then go into Powerpoint and CTRL + V in to a blank slide. Select the picture and right click. You can 'save as picture' to various file formats and jpeg is one of them.

I like to print to Adobe Pro (*.pdf).

The *.pdf then can be saved as a *.jpg image file.

Alternately you can use the JPGOUT command and select whatever lines you want to show.

However, this will select the entire line no matter how long it is, so sometimes its not very useful.

Why not use the autocad built in "Publish To Web JPG.pc3" printer to bypass making PDF's and making directly JPG's? It comes in handy from time to time.
