Osnap to the end of a leader

Through work I've pretty much jumped from 2000i to 04/05. Right now we are with 05 and when it comes to moving a leader the only way I can snap to the end of a leader (with all snaps except nearest running) is clicking on it then tab till it hits the point. Am I missing a setting?

With the endpoint osnap selected I am able to snap on to the leader endpoint by putting the crosshair close to the actual arrow but not on it.
