There's an elevator at: http://www.3dmodelsharing.com/details.php?id=420# but it's not great and at least it's free.
By elevator do you mean a people lift, as in vertically up and down? Or do you mean an elevator as used in aircraft control - like a control flap?
Would an escalator do? 3dcafe.com have one of those!
Rob.
OMG - I just re-read your post date and realised it wasn't from today    - guess I'm too late with this post if you needed it ASAP!! I must get a grip of myself before school goes back tomorrow!!

Did you guys know that supposedly you can "hack" an elevator?
On most major brands of elevators if you hold the button for the floor number to go to and then press the close doors button you'll skip all floors and go straight to the floor button you pressed.
I've never tested this, so I think it'd be cool if someone has access to an elevator where they work or something and can test this.
Let me know if this works and what brand of elevator your using.

I had it off just a little...
Calling this a hack is way too generous, but TheDamnBlog has a little tip for getting the most out of your next elevator ride. Apparently lots of elevators have an express mode that lets you override everyone else’s selections and go straight to the floor you’re going to. You just press “Door Close” and the button for your floor at the same time. Should work on most Otis elvators, as well as a few other models that are out there, but don’t blame us when you accidentally go plunging to your death
