how do i plot multiple dwgs or layouts at once.

 

either publish or use sheet set manager, make sure you have page setups created with correct plotters first!

If in Model Space, you can use the VPORTS command, but if you just want the views in Paper Space, it'll be the MVIEW command.

Just type SSM to toggle the dialogue box.
