Some commands? Can you name a couple?

Have you always had this problem or is it something new?

Do you use a programmable keyboard or any keyboard mapping programs?

Is your version of ACADLT 2010 current with all updates?

Closing the AutoCAD LT Text Window box, can you then manipulate (work) the drawing?

If yes, save and over write the problem drawing.

I have never seen this dialog box. Currently using '05 and/or '07.

We save all drawings in vs 2000 to pass around and, some of our trusted clients request AutoCAD 2000 *.dwg files. Repeat, trusted clients.

Is your current AutoCAD version activated?

got a feeling it its something to do with Electrical Designer which we use, I know this generates all sorts of wierdness with Autocad,

the text window I pulled up, just to show the command line history,
