Bodykits?? You mean for automotive use? If yes then I would say probably not AutoCAD. I would look at AutoDesk newly purchased tool from Alias called StudioTools - http://www.alias.com/glb/eng/products-services/family_details.jsp;jsessionid=VMN5TFSLLQX5NQCLCWSS M44AJMK0IJVC?familyId=3900046. They have one version specialy for automotive use. It's not cheap software BTW but neither is AutoCAD. Now having said that you could use anything from 3D Max, Maya, Lightwave, Rhino3D, XSi, Modo, Hexagon, Silo and Truespace. Prices range from $5000 to around $150. The good thing is that almost all of them have either learning versions or demos. I would look at Rhino3D as well. It is not expensive and would be a good choice. They have a 25 save demo that you can play with. Good luck.
