Drwo
I'm trying to create an update system for internal AutoCAD settings using something along the lines of the following 1. Create individual update log for each user. (text output with date and version) 2. Create general update version list with all previously created updates (manual or reads from file list) 3. Checks update version in individual log file and in case of inconsistency loads update lisp files one by one to achieve current version General list and update lisp files are to be stored on a network path, individual updates are to be stored on the user disk. I'm not really at home with programming so I was wondering if I could politely ask for some tips or pointers to see if I'm thinking in the right direction or not, And also if something like this exists maybe I could scavenge.
