If my math is correct, 1/12/1320 = 0.0000631313...., this would be your scale factor. Then print to scale 1:1

Out of curiosity, why 1320 ft.=1 in. ?

Keep your model at scale 1:1. NEWER use other scales when modeling! If you wish your printed document at a scale other then 1:1 so set the viewport containing the view of your model(s).

fuccaro is right. look into the use of viewports in layout tabs.
then draw in real world units, e.g 1000mm = 1000, in modelspace.
then adjust the scale in the viewport.
dont forget to put xp behind the scale. otherwise the scale wont be correct. ( eg, 1/100xp, this will scale the view in the viewport to 1/100.)
when you look into the benefits of viewports, like independent freezing of layers, etc, you wont look back.

Always model at 1:1. Print at scale. See my tutorial  on how to manipulate viewport scales.
In the pull down navigation menu at the top of the page goto
Tutorials>Autocad2D>Layout Viewports
Enjoy
