What do most people do when they are producing drawings with relation to text height:
Set the text height in the dim style
Set the text height in the font style(cant adjust it that well after)
Change the global scale factor ,so that it is line with their viewport scale
Or just modify the text height in the multiline text editor, while producing it.
Just one of those silly things I've never actually been sure of andjust plodded along with.At the moment if I want text thats 2.5mm high I change the height in the dim style to 2.5mm and then set the global text to 50,if say my drawing viewport is set to 1/50 scale. Some of the CAD operators at work use this method and some of them x the scale factor by the tecxt height 2.5mm,like 1/100 would be 250 heigh. When I started out I used to just write the text and then format it afterwards via the properties window, that used to take me ages though :) .
I know this may seem a simple subject, but the only way I understand how other CAD operators work is by looking at their drawings.Do all my CAD for work, myself at home.
