pull down mus? how to load?

how do i load? pull mus ~Simpson

"Menuload" > Menu Groups tab > Browse, load.
Then Menu Bar tab > Menu Group drop down list find menu just loaded.
On your left pane, highlight the menu you want to load, then on your right pane, highlight the menu group you want to put the new menu in front of, then "Insert" button.
(much easier than it sounds)
