DraftSight

Has anyone heard of a software called DraftSight? My understanding is that it is Dasault version of AutoCAD. A few questions here.

1. Does anyone know if there is a way to import a Project(.dvb) into this software?
2. Can you record Macros?
3. Is there VBA or Visual Studio for Appl.?
