AutoCAD 2000 LT file to Photoshop 4.0.1 LE

I would like to get an AutoCAD 2000 LT file into Photoshop 4.0.1 LE.

I have tried using the PSOUT command to create a EPS file and also tried the FILE EXPORT to create a BMP file and neither of them has worked.

Is it possible to do this in the software versions that I am using?
