Problem displaying linked labels from database

Hi

Using 2008.

I’m using the dbconnect for the first time and all connections and linking is working ok but I’m trying to display labels on blocks I’ve created using a linked database but the labels are not being displayed correctly all I can see are red 45 degree angle symbols.

Does anyone know what’s happening here?

Any help would be much appreciated.
