They are incredibly gourdgeous but even so....

Those carved pumpkins are so realistic they creep me out. To see that kind of detailed perfection peeking out of a vegetable messes with my built in facial recognition brain parts.

Sandy left me a sculpture under where my downspout hits the dirt, uh ah sand. We have a pile of rocks under the thing and even a thunderstorm will wash half of them down the hill to the fence. Apparently there is no real dirt on this whole peninsula except in the potted plants we brought with us from Maryland
