Text Override with fraction

When trying to modify a fraction using text override, it changes to horizontal style regardless of the fraction type in the properties which is set to diagonal.

Please help.

1. In the text editor box, type your fraction. 1/2
2. Press space, this should autostack if on correct setting
3. Right click on the fraction & change settings
4. Click Auto stack, this will give you the option to convert to horz or diag
5. Click defaults & save as default

in the MTEXT editor the following makes fractions work for me
vertical stack "1/2"
diagonal stack "1#2"
vertical stack with no line "1^2" this can also be use to create sub or superscripts.
