Missing file in my dwg

Hi,

I have autocad 2010

I have attached jpegs through "raster image reference insert" in my dwg, once this has been emailed, the receiver can only see a link to the jpeg

( the link directs them to the saved jpeg in my computer), the puzzling thing is that one of the jpegs does come through

I have tried the following

I have tried to re-save all the files in the same spot as the one logo that did work (didn't work)

I have tried making the entire dwg a block (didnt work) any ideas?

The receivers cad is newly installed could it just be a setting on his cad that is weird?

Any suggestions are gratefully accepted before i go totally bonkers!

You can link or embed images, we normally link basicly if you sedn some one a dwg send them the images also proving they are in the smae directory as the dwg it will open them.
