When inserting points to a drawing...

 

Normally you see:

Points to insert (All/Numbers/Group/Window/Dialog) ? :

 

Currently we are seeing on an individual machine:

Points to insert (All/Numbers/Group/Window/Dialog) ? :

Then:

Group (Name/Dialog) ?

:

 

So my question is, is there a variable that eliminates the second prompt for Group (Name/Dialog)? I know "filedia" sets a variable to use a dialog box rather than the command line for "saveas" and such but I'm not sure what would cause this or how to remedy it.
