C3D10 Point Labels Styles

I know in older versions of C3D, I was able to control the size of text to not reflect drawing scale, but to stay a standard size whether in MS or PS. I can change the size of the text to be smaller as to not overlap, but then it becomes unreadable.

 

Question is:

How can I get my Point Labels to stay readable when I go to Paper Space?
