Does anyone have the artisan.shx File

Hi,

Im working on a project at present where the architect has used artisan.shx, I think its just a font used in one of this custom linetypes.

Everytime i open the drawing i have an annoying error message saying we don't have the file on our system.

Does anyone have a copy of it so i can add it to the system and stop this message appearing.

I've requested it from the Architect who has helpfully just told me to keep canceling the error message and won't send the file out.icon8.gif

Cheers

Since he won't send it to you pick another SHX file to use as a substitution and rename it "artisan" and use that instead. In my opinion the guy is being a dork.

Thanks for the reply. I've sorted the problem by changing another shx file to artisan.shx as you sudgested, cheers for that but prefer not to have too many Rogue files so if i could have got my hands on the correct artisan.shx i'd have prefered it.

And I'd like a new Harley. Chances of us both getting what we want are 0% for me and maybe 90% for you. I'm sure someone will come along and either tell you where to find it or maybe they will be kind enough to offer to email it to you being that it's Christmas time and it is "Better to give than receceive."

wouldn't mind one of them myself :) can always hope someone is in a festivly giving mood with the file. It really gets to me why most of the other design teams i end up working with are so closed with regard to CAD. I don't know if they are just awkward or ignorant or don't realise that sharing plot styles or the like with the rest of the team means is useful and a good thing. ETRANSMIT and such are almost dirty words and shall never be used..... jeeze....
