We recently installed a drawing management program that we implemented and we put all of our .dwgs and .tiff files into the system. Alot of the files have been renamed after the move to work with our new system. Because of that, I have discovered that in over 15,000 files that the "REFERENCE NAME" are still refering to the old names. Because of that, the files will not print and are considered broken even though the saved and found path are correct. The REFERENCE NAME did not get updated on these files.
I have worked with REFERENCE MANAGER and looked up everything that I know how to do. Does anyone know of a way to change the "Reference Name" faster or is there a batch edit that I can do? If I was able to change the name in Reference Manager that would be great, but it does not allow you the option.
Thanks-
