barrsurf
I am inserting a shaft into a sleeve. I have no problem doing that, but what constraint do I use to lock the sleeve so it won't spin on the shaft? A set screw will be used on the physical model. kencaz
I would use an angle constraint of '0' degree to an axis point. Or you could ground the part, however, you will loose all movement... KC
barrsurf
Thanks KC. That did it.
JD Mather
Typically most parts that would go on a shaft, and the shaft itself, are modeled about the Origin planes. Another solution is a Mate or Mate-Flush constraint between logical mating origin planes.
