AFitchguy07 Posted January 23, 2011 Posted January 23, 2011 So I have quite a few blocks that have attributes. The attribute it has, calls for text style ATTR. So when inserted into a drawing, that ATTR text style obviously tags along.. I don't want this. I went through ALL of them and changed text style from ATTR to standard to make my life easier... it did nothing at all. ATTR is still being xfered! If I BATTMAN the block, I cannot delete it as the remove button is grayed. I read that you cannot delete all attributes as one must be left. I'm not sure why. I want it gone.. I've driven myself completely nuts for 3 days trying to figure this out. How can I make ALL of my blocks and easily and quickly as possible delete all text styles other than Standard and layers other than 0? Thanks for any help! Quote
Jack_O'neill Posted January 23, 2011 Posted January 23, 2011 The only way I know to make sure would be to open each one individually, make sure all the objects are on the layer you want and that, then purge. If you have lots of them, maybe one of the lisp gurus could do you a program to process them in batches. Quote
AFitchguy07 Posted January 23, 2011 Author Posted January 23, 2011 It will not let me purge that text style... as for the lisp thing, that would be great if someone would, but i'm not sure how to use them as i never have. I do know what they are, though. Quote
