Civil 3d creating points

is there a command that with create and label PC & PT only, on a polyline (its a centerline for a levee)

Is it an alignment, or is it just a polyline? If you turn it into an alignment, then yes, you can label the geometry points.

It is an alignment, and I tried playing with the geometry point command already but it seems you still have to manually type in the pc and pt description, any way of it going in there and doing it automatically....the alignment is miles and miles long

It sounds like you're trying to label the points individually. You can create a style to label the entire alignment at once. Look in Toolspace Settings under Alignment | Label Style | Label Sets. On the Labels tab you can edit the Geometry Points style. Once you have that style the way you want it, apply it to the alignment.
