It is not clear what you are meaning. Do you have title blocks that you want to use as a template (.dwt)?

You can look in the options, files, template location in autocad. Then open one of the title block.dwg files, saveas, select the .dwt extension in the dropdown, navigate to the location you found above, repeat for others.

You can use the default AutoCAD ones for an example. It's easy. Simply create a separate layout for each sized sheet you want. Save it as a *.DWT file in the default Template directory that AutoCAD is pathed to so it's always available when you start a new drawing. A tip: Type STARTUP at the command line and set it to 1.

If you're in an existing drawing and want to "import" a Template, then type -LAYOUT at the command line, T for Template, and type the name of the layout. If you use Layout Tabs, then you can right-click and select "From Template" to do the same thing.
